Did you know that self-confidence is developed between the age of two and twelve years old? That's a small window of opportunity to build a strong foundation for a child to thrive throughout their lifetime but its proven that a strong self-worth reduces anxiety and depression.
So here at ETTCH we're on a mission to help build confident, resilient, and happy children so we can reduce the number of teenagers and adults experiencing mental health issues.
Whether you're a parent, an aunt, uncle, grandparent, or neighbor, we all play a part in raising the children in our lives and what better way to contribute to their lives than with the gift of self-confidence. We hope you love our products as much as we do!
The ETTCH Box
The ETTCH box is packed full of encouraging items to help children manage their emotions, realise their own self-worth, and feel like they are good enough just as they are.
Items include happy/worry boxes, a worksheet, worry friend, self-affirmation card, badge, sticker, colouring book, notebook and a letter of encouragement.
The ETTCH Journal
The ETTCH journal is a guided journal for children aged 8 - 12 years and is packed full of illustrations, exercises, and space for children to express themselves.
It helps them learn how to talk about their feelings, practice gratitude, kindness, positive thinking, and learn to love themselves.
